6. User Obligations

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our platform without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable.
• Any defects in the services will be corrected.

Agricultural outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. While we strive to provide accurate information and recommendations, we make no guarantees about crop yields, weather predictions, or market outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shramic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our services.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any statements or conduct of third parties on the platform.
• Any crop failures, financial losses, or other damages related to agricultural activities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shramic, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
